How to operate

1. Check before use: After the machine is installed, turn on the power supply, test the three-phase motor, ensure the correct running direction, ensure the pressure and flow of compressed air (0.5m3/min-6bar), and check whether each motor, bearing, etc. Add lubricating oil, and it is strictly forbidden to run without oil. The machine can be started only after normal operation. At the same time, observe whether the fasteners of each part are loose. After the operation of each part is stable, it can be used normally.

When the machine is stopped, the stop button can be pressed at the filling place and the control box, and the main power should be turned off after stopping.

Use safety rules

Installation Precautions

3. Add new lubricating oil to each lubricating point.
